On a couchsurfing trip through Europe, Laura wakes up in a guy\'s bed without any memory of what happened. Triggered into a both destructive and liberating exploration of her own boundaries, she crosses country borders to find her truth.
Best friends Laura and Alex are heading off on a rail adventure across Europe, couch surfing through the capitals, starting with Warsaw. Their dream for the summer is to live carefree and immerse themselves in new cultures whilst staying with local hosts. One morning, after a wild party, Laura wakes up next to a stranger, but she has no memory of the night before. A few days later her boyfriend Elias joins the trip and is upset when he hears the news. Unable to remember what really happened, throughout the trip flashbacks from that night keep arising and Laura begins to question if the forgotten night was non-consensual. The feature film debut of Fanny Ovesen, Live a Little is a vibrant, bold and intimate story about finding oneself that explores the grey zones of consent, navigating uncertainty, relationships, and the difficulty in setting boundaries.
